How to request data deletion

1. Submit your request

Email us using the button below, or write to support@graceridgefoundation.com. Include your full name and the email address registered to your Grace In Action account so we can locate it.

2. We verify your identity

For your security, we confirm the request came from the account holder. We may reply to the email on file (or the phone number on file) to verify before processing.

3. We delete your data

Once verified, your account and the personal data listed below are permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Data that is deleted

The following personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of a verified request:

  • Account profile — full name, email address, phone number (if provided)
  • Reading logs, journal entries, and reflection notes
  • Saved favorites and song mood ratings
  • Family member / child profiles, avatars, and token balances
  • Song download history and token transactions
  • Subscription records stored in our app database
  • Marketing / SMS consent preferences and notification settings

Data that may be kept

Payment & billing records

Retained by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by law for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes — typically up to 7 years. Your subscription is cancelled and no future charges occur.

Anonymized / aggregated analytics

Usage statistics that have been stripped of identifying information may be kept in aggregate form; these cannot be linked back to you.

Records required by law

Limited records we are legally obligated to retain (e.g., consent records) are kept only for the minimum period required, then deleted.

If you choose to delete only specific data (and not your full account), your account remains active and you keep access to your subscription. Deleting your full account also cancels any active subscription and signs you out of all devices.
